Heavenly Dao is free to play. Elder Supporter is an optional recurring subscription and is not required to create a character, use the bot, or read the public Wiki.
What the purchase includes
- An Elder Supporter role linked to the buyer's Discord account.
- Balanced cultivation and luck benefits while the subscription remains active.
- Selected early access to supported Heavenly Dao updates or supporter announcements.
- Eligibility to submit custom content concepts for staff review. Requests may be revised or declined when required for game balance, theme, safety, or technical limits.
Delivery
All benefits are digital. After Paddle confirms the order and the buyer supplies the correct Discord account, the supporter entitlement is linked to that account. There are no physical goods, shipping fees, transferable currency, cash value, or investment returns.
If a paid entitlement is not delivered, contact Heavenly Dao staff through the official Discord so the order can be identified and corrected. Refund requests are handled under the published Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Renewal and cancellation
The plan renews every month until cancelled. Buyers can cancel through the management link in their Paddle receipt or Paddle customer portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals; access normally continues through the paid billing period.
A voluntary refund may be requested within 14 days of a charge. Additional rights may apply under local consumer law. Read the Refund Policy before purchasing.
Product ownership
Heavenly Dao is the sole proprietor brand that creates and operates the original game, website, Wiki, community, and supporter program described on this domain. It is not reselling another game's items or operating an unofficial modification marketplace.
